The goji berry, or wolfberry, is a tangy, sweet fruit that comes from an evergreen shrub found in China, Mongolia, and the Himalayas in Tibet. Research shows that this little red berry is a superstar at stimulating stem cells, strengthening the immune system, and defending the body against disease.
