Cherry Tomato Avocado Toast

INGREDIENTS

  • Heirloom tomatoes, halved
  • Cilantro, chopped
  • Avocado
  • Sea salt and cracked pepper
  • Lime juice
  • Primal Kitchen Extra Virgin Avocado Oil
  • Bread, toasted (Primal Kitchen recommends gluten-free options, such as sourdough bread from Bread SRSLY)

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Half heirloom tomatoes and chop cilantro.
  • Mash avocado with a fork, mix in chopped cilantro, and squeeze in lime juice. Spread avocado, cilantro, and lime juice mixture across the entire slice of bread.
  • Add tomato halves to the slice of bread, drizzle with Extra Virgin Avocado Oil, and top with sea salt and cracked pepper

Cherry Tomato Avocado Toast

INGREDIENTS

  • Avocado
  • Feta cheese
  • Sea salt and cracked pepper
  • Primal Kitchen Extra Virgin Avocado Oil
  • Bread, toasted

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Mash avocado with a fork and toast sliced bread. Spread avocado across the entire slice of bread.
  • Drizzle avocado toast with Extra Virgin Avocado Oil. Top with feta crumbles and cracked pepper.

Roasted Pumpkin Seed Avocado Toast

INGREDIENTS

  • Avocado
  • Whole pumpkin seeds, roasted
  • Sea salt and cracked pepper
  • Primal Kitchen Extra Virgin Avocado Oil
  • Bread, toasted

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Mash avocado with a fork and toast sliced bread. Spread avocado mixture across the entire slice of bread.
  • Drizzle avocado toast with Extra Virgin Avocado Oil. Top with roasted pumpkin seeds, sea salt, and cracked pepper.
