Foods to Eat on Ayurvedic Diets

If you’re intending to engage in the plan, you need to eat, spices, beans, meat, seasonal vegetables, nuts, healthy fats.

Spices that the one practicing needs to eat include ginger, coriander, cinnamon, clove, black pepper, cardamom etc.

Eat soaked beans such as lentils, mung, and kidney beans. Soaked grains may include mullets, oaks, quinoa, and barley.

Take seasonal vegetables such as cabbage, carrots, okra funnel, cooked onions, etc.

Eat seasonal fruits such as apples, grapefruits, dates, and gigs among others.

Eat healthy fats, meat, nuts, and seeds.

The Ayurvedic diet however old it might be, it is highly recommended for a balance of foods eaten, loss of weight and total body wellness.
