Saffron-Turmeric Milk

Infused with the restorative spices saffron, turmeric, cinnamon, cardamom, and peppercorns, this recipe for Saffron-Turmeric Milk heals as well as it satisfies. INGREDIENTS (serves 2)

  • 1 cup raw milk or cashew milk

  • 2 cracked cardamom pods
  • 8-10 saffron threads
  • 3 peppercorns
  • 2 tablespoons cashews
  • 1-2 teaspoon(s) raw honey
