Acai berries (pronounced ah-sigh-EE) grow on the acai palm tree, deep in the heart of the Amazon.
The acai superfruit has an impressive nutrient profile made up of antioxidants, fiber, and heart-healthy monounsaturated and omega-3-6-9 fats.
